SmartFind M5 AIS Class A Transponder
The SMARTFIND M5 AIS Class A transponder is packed with powerful features. It is the first to include an AIS MOB and AIS SART alarm function, with a Steer To Rescue MOB display enabling you to quickly and easily navigate to the location of the MOB. As well as the traditional "radar style" display and AIS target list views, the SMARTFIND M5 also features an embedded coastline map which accurately plots the AIS equipped vessels on a chart overview display - without the need to connect to an external plotter.
Designed to operate as a stand alone unit, the SMARTFIND M5 can also be integrated with ECDIS (Electronic Chart Display), ECS (Electronic Chart System) or chartplotters via its NMEA0183, NMEA2000 and USB interfaces. It can also be interfaced with a PC system using the PC AIS Viewer software supplied with the unit.
SmartFind M10W Class B Transponder
The McMurdo SmartFind M10W AIS Class B Transponder, part of McMurdo's range of innovative AIS products, is perfect for smaller non SOLAS vessels, where the complexity of a Class A Transponder is not necessary. The SmartFind M10W transmits vessel position information as well as receiving all AIS targets within 20 miles of the boat. Using the built-in GPS receiver, the SmartFind M10 determines position, speed and course, and once this is combined with other navigational information, it is automatically transmitted without any user interaction. When received by other vessels and coast stations, the data built up to provide a live graphical display of traffic in the area.

SmartFind M15 AIS Class B Receiver
The SMARTFIND M15 is a low cost receiver that puts AIS technology within the reach of even those on a limited budget. It receives all Class A, Class B, AIS SART, AIS MOB and AIS Base Station transmissions, plotting their positions directly on your chartplotter or PC/Mac using the PC AIS Viewer software supplied. At only 128 x 88 x 36 mm it is compact and easy to install and set up, supporting integration with existing navigation systems via its NMEA0183 or USB interfaces.
