Agrishield Tractor Broom

Agrishield Vineyard Berm Sweepers are designed for vineyard floor management, particularly for clearing pruned canes and debris from berms and between vineyard rows. The 2100 Series is a front-mounted sweeper, while the 2800 Series provides rear-mounted configurations for different vineyard layouts and operating preferences.

The 2100 Series is a front-mount sweeper with hydraulic lift, row/side shift, and sweeper-head tilt, while the 2800 Series is a rear-mounted Category 2 3-point hitch sweeper. The 2800 Series is available in single-sided and double-sided configurations, including the 2801 and 2802 models.

The 2100 Series offers sweep widths from approximately 66–142 inches, depending on the selected brush configuration: 22-inch poly bristle, 32-inch poly bristle or rubber flap, or 44-inch rubber flap. The 2800 Series offers widths from 90–132 inches for the 2800/2801 configurations and 102–144 inches for the double-sided 2802.

Both series are designed for tractors in the 40–80 HP range, depending on configuration. The 2100 Series recommends approximately 6 GPM and requires two sets of hydraulic remote ports, while the 2800 Series also recommends 6 GPM but requires one set of hydraulic remotes.

The sweepers can be configured with different brush materials and diameters to suit vineyard sweeping requirements. Options include 22-inch and 32-inch poly bristles, 32-inch rubber flaps, and 44-inch rubber flaps, allowing the sweeper configuration to be matched to the desired sweeping width and application.

Choose the model based on your tractor's horsepower, hydraulic flow, available remote ports, mounting position, vineyard row spacing, and required sweeping coverage. The 2100 Series is suited to front-mount applications with extensive hydraulic adjustments, while the 2800 Series offers rear 3-point mounting with optional hydraulic side shift and single- or double-sided sweeping configurations.
