Express Steel Skid Steer Grader

Express Steel skid steer graders are designed for precision grading, land leveling, finish grading, driveway maintenance, road maintenance, material spreading, and site preparation. They can be used for residential landscaping as well as commercial and construction applications where a smooth, consistent surface is required.

The main difference is the grading width. The Express Steel 6' Grader provides a 72-inch working width, while the 7' Grader provides an 84-inch width; both are designed for 15–25 GPM skid steers. The 84-inch model covers more surface area per pass, while the 72-inch model offers a more compact working width for areas where maneuverability and coverage need to be balanced.

Both Express Steel grader models are designed for approximately 15–25 GPM hydraulic flow. The 72-inch grader is recommended for skid steers in the 2–3 ton class and up to 65 HP, while customers should verify their machine's auxiliary hydraulic specifications and operating capacity before selecting an attachment.

Express Steel graders use 1060 steel reversible, bolt-on cutting edges with adjustable height and a 45-degree cutting angle. The bolt-on design allows the cutting edges to be removed and replaced when worn, while the adjustable configuration helps operators control material flow and grading performance.

The graders feature a heavy-duty A36 steel main frame, a 3-inch tubular front brace, formed side bracing, and 1/2-inch wear bars designed to protect high-wear areas during grading operations. Both models are manufactured in the USA, with the 84-inch model weighing approximately 695 lb and the 72-inch model approximately 665 lb.

Choose the 72-inch Express Steel 6' Grader when its narrower grading surface better matches your work area and machine size, or the 84-inch Express Steel 7' Grader when wider coverage per pass is preferred.
