Orsi Tractor Flail Mower

ORSI tractor flail mowers are designed for cutting grass, weeds, brush, and small branches in agricultural, landscaping, roadside, ditch, garden, and embankment applications. Slope models can also be hydraulically positioned for vertical mowing and hedge maintenance.

This collection includes the Energy & Vulcanic Plus Series, Competition GS 180, Optima 155, Model 90003358, and Garden Series. These models cover different tractor sizes and applications, from compact tractor mowing to larger-scale vegetation management.

Working widths range from approximately 41" to 75.5" across the collection. The Garden Series ranges from 41" to 61", the Optima 155 is 61", the Competition GS 180 is 69", and Model 90003358 provides a 72" working width.

Horsepower requirements vary by model, ranging from approximately 18–35 HP for the Garden Series and 18–40 HP for the Optima 155, up to 60–100 HP for Model 90003358. The Energy and Vulcanic Plus configurations are designed for different tractor power levels, with Vulcanic Plus models supporting tractors up to 70 HP.

Several ORSI models in this collection are rated for cutting branches up to approximately 1.5 inches in diameter. For example, the Optima 155 and Competition GS 180 are specified for grass, pruning, and branches up to 1.5", although actual performance depends on the material and operating conditions.

Choose an ORSI flail mower based on your tractor's horsepower and weight, required working width, vegetation type, and whether you need standard rear mowing or slope/ditch capability. Compact tractors can be matched with the Garden Series or Optima 155, while larger tractors and demanding slope applications may require the Competition GS 180, Vulcanic Plus, or other higher-capacity configurations.
