DESCRIPTION

The Horst Wagons CHCFE Series (Models 30, 36, and 45) delivers precision handling, secure header transport, and smooth towing for a variety of draper head sizes. Designed with Contour 4‑wheel steering, these carriers track true behind the towing vehicle, even at road speeds, while maintaining tight turning ability for easy positioning in fields or yards. Each model features tapered roller bearings on king pins for absolute no‑sway trailing, plus rear‑axle 2‑wheel electric brakes for confident stopping. The two tool‑free configurable universal pads and pivoting head supports adapt quickly to different header designs, while two heavy‑duty ratchet straps secure the load. The length‑adjustable auto‑lock hitch with 2‑5/16″ ball coupling, double spring tongue balancer, and integrated safety chain ensure quick connection and safe towing. Standard lighting with red‑lens kit makes them road‑legal, and the F‑Range highway‑rated tires (235/85 R16 on heavy‑duty rims) ensure a smooth, stable ride.
