The SmithCo Nevada 9-Axle Train 40-30 (2-2-2) is a premium trailer solution for high-capacity bulk material hauling, designed to offer durability, efficiency, and exceptional stability. Featuring a 9-axle configuration with a 40-foot lead trailer and a 30-foot pup trailer, this train is engineered to tackle the most demanding transportation jobs in industries such as construction and agriculture. Constructed with AR400 steel tubs, Ridewell air ride suspension, and advanced hydraulic systems, the SmithCo Nevada delivers superior payload capacity, reliable performance, and optimal safety.

Lead Trailer – Model SXL2:

• Length: 40 feet, providing a spacious frame for bulk hauling.
• Capacity: 23 cubic yards (waterfull) and 31 cubic yards (heaped) for efficient material transport.
• Frame and Tub: Built with 1/4" AR400 steel for maximum durability and a replaceable 2" kingpin (18" setting) for reliability.
• Hydraulics: Equipped with 3500 PSI, 5" hydraulic cylinders and hard-plumbed hydraulic, air, and electric lines for consistent operation.
• Added Features: Includes extended NV combo push block/pintle hitch, two-speed legs (non-load bearing), and thermoformed plastic fenders for enhanced usability.

Pup Trailer – Model SP2 + CD-2 w/5th Wheel:

• Length: 30 feet, compact yet highly capable for additional hauling.
• Capacity: 16 cubic yards (waterfull) and 21.4 cubic yards (heaped) for supplementary payloads.
• Tongue and Plumbing: Designed with an air-ride tongue and hard-plumbed hydraulic, electric, and air lines, ensuring smooth integration with the lead trailer.
• Advanced Hydraulics: Features electric-actuated hydraulic valves with power beyond functionality.
