DESCRIPTION

The Sumo/SAW Manufacturing T603 30-Ton Tilt Deck Trailer is a robust and versatile trailer designed for transporting heavy loads with precision and safety. Built with high-quality materials, it features a tilt deck mechanism for ease of loading and unloading, making it ideal for construction, equipment transport, and other demanding applications.

Key Features

• Dimensions and Decking: Total length of 36 feet, with a 5-foot stationary deck and a 26-foot tilt deck. Width of 102 inches, adhering to industry standards. Equipped with 6 D-rings per side, wood decking, and steel fender wheel wells. Mechanical cam-over deck locking system ensures secure tilting.
• Frame and Structure: Formed nosepiece with an adjustable pintle eye that offers load height settings from 17 to 36 inches. Heavy-duty 16-inch mainframe with reinforcements at frame transitions. Boxed reinforcement for the rear frame transition.
• Tires and Wheels: 12 radial tires (215/75R17.5) mounted on 8-hole steel disc wheels.
• Axles and Suspension: Three 20,000 lbs axles with a 49-inch axle spacing. Outfitted with the Hutch 9700 spring suspension and ABS braking system (4S/1M).
• Electrical, Paint, and Safety: Features fold-up rear light bar and DOT-approved LED lights. Wiring harness protected in loom, with license plate holder. Finished with sandblasted, primed, and polyurethane paint, and conspicuity tape for visibility.
• Additional Components: 2-speed jackleg and safety chains for enhanced stability and safety. Includes a block tray for added utility.
