DESCRIPTION

The Baumalight 3P34 PTO Stump Grinder is a robust and efficient tool designed for tractors with 30–50 HP motors. Equipped with a 24" rotor carrying 34 replaceable carbide-tipped teeth, this grinder is built to tackle tough stumps with precision and ease. The cutting and lifting cylinders are powered by your tractor’s hydraulic remotes, requiring two remote hydraulics for optimal performance. For tractors with only one remote, an optional S1050 valve kit is available. The heavy-duty base ensures stability during operation, reducing stress on the tractor, while the flow control feature allows you to fine-tune the grinding sweep speed for maximum efficiency. With a cutting depth of 18" above ground and 8" below ground, the 3P24 is perfect for lawn care, fence row clearing, and other stump grinding tasks.

The direct drive system, powered by the tractor’s PTO, transfers energy through a rugged gearbox to the rotor, generating 803 Ft.-Lbs of torque and achieving a rotor speed of 810 RPM. The ¾" thick steel rotor serves as the backbone of the cutting system, ensuring durability and smooth operation. This stump grinder is an excellent choice for both residential and commercial applications.

S1050 External Control (Optional)	This optional control is mounted on an adjustable arm. The control is great for smaller tractors with limited HP for better cutting control and for tractors with only one remote.
Flow Control	Fine tune the performance of your Stump Blaster easily with the Flow Control knob. The Flow Control allows you to adjust the cutting pass speed, to match the size and performance of your tractor. This gives you the smoothest cut possible and with the full return back to the start position, the quickest overall stump grinding time possible.
Carbide Tipped	Like the finest saw blades, the cutting teeth on Stump Blasters are carbide tipped. This incredibly hard material ensures reliable cutting performance. When grinding stumps, buried hazards are inevitable; gravel, stones even metal posts are not uncommon to “find”. Our carbide teeth are designed to stand up to this abuse and keep on blasting stumps to dust.
6 FREE TEETH	All 3P34 Stump Grinder comes with a free set of 6 replacement teeth. These replacement teeth are conveniently shipped in a robust enclosed compartment on top of the frame.
More Teeth	The high number of teeth means that each tooth needs to do less work. Each of the Stump Blasters teeth only need to make a small cut, because the work is shared by more of our rugged teeth they last longer and usually only require 2 or 3 replacements at a time. The bolt-on designed teeth allow for straightforward replacement.
Gearbox	The rugged gear box transfers power from the tractor’s PTO to the rotor creating 803 Ft.-Lbs of torque and turning the rotor and hungry teeth at 810 RPM.
Rotor	The massive ¾" thick steel rotor provides the back bone for the Stump Blaster cutting system. It’s the anchor for the carbide tipped teeth. For smooth operation it’s important that the rotor remains solid, with no flexing. The rugged rotor also provides the Stump Blaster with the extra momentum needed when the grinding is tough, making sure the Stump Blaster can power through the hardest stumps.
More Clearance	The Stump Blaster’s carbide teeth extend a full 1-¼ inches from the rotor. This prevents chips and mulch from getting plugged. More chip clearing produces smoother operation and reduces heat build-up that can damage the rotor and cause premature tooth failure.
Stabilizer Base	The heavy duty base provides a solid base for grinding. This allows for more consistent grinding performance and reduces the stress on your tractor.
Floating Deflector	The deflector floats as you grind providing chip and debris control from first cut to maximum depth without getting in the way. In tight grinding situations the deflector can be flipped up out of the way.
HARDENED STEEL BUSHING	Spring Bushings made from high grade chrome-vanadium AISI 6150 spring steel on all main pivot points.
Greaseable Pins	Our grease pins are zinc plated to prevent corrosion which will allow for smoother operation of the units joints over their lifetime.
Swing & Lift Cylinders	Get right to grinding with less maneuvering of your tractor and less damage to the grass. The swing cylinder gives the operator a 65 degree grinding range without moving the tractor. The lift cylinder allows you to raise and lower the grinding head to get in start position as well as lowering the head after a pass so you’re ready for the next bite.
