The Baumalight MS1160 & MS960 Brush Mulchers are designed for efficient land clearing, providing heavy-duty vegetation management for skid steers. Featuring fixed tooth mulching systems, these models are powered by bent axis piston motors, ensuring maximum cutting efficiency and optimal hydraulic performance. The MS1160 offers a 75” mulching path, while the MS960 is designed for high-power applications with 900 Series teeth options. Both models come equipped with case drain requirements and pressure gauges for performance monitoring, making them ideal for forestry, land clearing, and utility maintenance.

MOUNT A SKIDSTEER ATTACHMENT	The P40 PTO Power Pack delivers up to 40 GPM at 4000 PSI, providing high-flow hydraulic power through your PTO.
REPLACEABLE BOLT-IN LINER	Save time by easily replacing the AR400 steel wear plates on the MS960 without needing to remove the rotor.
INTEGRATED PUSH BAR	The integrated push bar helps control when push comes to shove.
DIRECTIONAL FELLING HOOK	Built into the pusher bar, the directional felling hook will control wayward trees and low hanging limbs.
ADJUSTABLE SKID SHOES	Adjustable skid shoes allow the operator to adjust the cutting height for optimal clearing performance.
ROLL BACK TO FELL STANDING TREES	The MS960’s frame is angled to allow rolling back the Brushy Mulcher to fully engage the mulching head.
SPRING LOADED HOSE SUPPORT	The spring loaded hose support prevents hoses from falling into harm’s way during forward curl.
CURVED HOSE BRACKET	The new curved hose bracket provides better support while reducing the risk of pinching or chafing.
ARMOURED AND SLEEVED	Baumalight hoses are sleeved for protection, with a pivoting arm to keep slack out of the way.
CENTERED ADJUSTABLE HOSE SUPPORT	The MS960's hose support is positioned close to the centre of the mulching head and has an adjustable hose.
ADJUSTABLE BELT TENSIONER	The adjustable belt tensioner ensures proper tension of your belts without extra idler wheels.
OPTIONAL TWO-SPEED MOTOR	The MS960 is available with a variable two-speed motor option to maximize rotor speed and torque.
BENT AXIS PISTON MOTORS	Our industry-leading bent axis piston motors maximize hydraulic flow and pressure for brush clearing.

CHAIN CURTAIN	The rear of the unit is guarded by a 3/8” thick chain curtain for effective mulching.
HEAVY DUTY FRAME	The heavy-duty steel frame is constructed with T1 alloy tool steel sheet metal for durability.
HEAVY DUTY SKIDSTEER PLATE	The skidsteer plate is constructed with heavy-duty steel with reinforcements for added strength.
POWDER COATED	The powder coat finish is tougher than conventional paint, helping to prevent rusting.
STEP GRIP IN FRAME	The powder-coated frame has multiple anti-slip pads and laser cut steps for secure footing.
6 FREE TEETH	All MS960 Brush Mulchers come with a free set of 6 replacement teeth, conveniently stored in the tool compartment.
