DESCRIPTION

TRACK DRUM STYLE WHOLE TREE CHIPPER The Bandit 2290 Track whole tree chipper is popular for its ideal combination of size, production, all-terrain performance, and price. It's a favorite for right-of-way and land clearing operations. This 22-inch capacity chipper features a large 26.25-inch by 24.5-inch throat opening, easily accepting large diameter, brushy material.

Dual feed wheels in Bandit’s unique Slide Box Feed System provide the industry's best pulling and crushing power. It rides on a Caterpillar 315L steel track undercarriage with the choice of single, double, or triple grouser track pads.

Caterpillar, Cummins, or John Deere engines are available, ranging from 350 to 525 horsepower. Additional options include a 5 1/2' infeed conveyor, Kesla loader controlled by radio remote or from a roomy operator's cab.

• Top Feed Wheel: 27" diameter x 32" wide (Driven via (2) 63.9 CID motors / chain)
• Bottom Feed Wheel: 10 5/8" diameter x 32" wide (Driven via 14.5 CID motor / gearbox)
• Discharge: Forestry-style stationary discharge with hydraulic end deflector
• Optional Features: 5 1/2' infeed conveyor, cab and Kesla loader
• Control: Standard radio remote control (not included if cab and loader is ordered)
