DESCRIPTION

The PA range of augers is indeed designed for heavy-duty use on excavators between 17T and 45T. These augers are built from high-grade steel and feature several design elements to enhance efficiency and ease of use:

• Shallow Pitch Flights: These ensure maximum cutting efficiency and help keep the spoil on the flights when removed from the hole.
• Wear Part Combinations: These augers can handle various ground conditions, from soft soils to mixed rocky grounds and even permafrost.
• Heavy Duty Tubes and Constant Spiral Cut: These features contribute to the durability and performance of the augers.
• Shock Lock™ Tooth Locking System: This unique system enhances the reliability and longevity of the augers.

The standard hub for the PA range is 110mm square, but other hub options are available. Additionally, you can choose from a range of fixed and telescopic extensions. For harsh environments, the augers can be prepared with hard facing upon request.

EARTH (Shock LockTM)

• Best suited to soft grounds like earth and clay.

TUNGSTEN (Shock LockTM)

• Best used in dry, hard or medium ground conditions where floating rocks may be encountered. The perfect all-rounder if you are not sure about what you might encounter.

EXTRA DIG PILOT

• A stronger pilot for more demanding ground conditions.
