DESCRIPTION
STUMP GRINDER 1000 RPM PTO REQUIRES TWO REMOTES OR ADD S1050 OPTION
The 3P40 HPR PTO stump grinder is designed with high performance in mind, for tractors equipped with a 60–120 HP and 1,000 RPM PTO. This stump grinder will devour large tree stumps with its 54 replaceable carbide teeth and a 34" rotor. Massive rotor and more teeth with a heavy duty HPR gear box make this Baumalight’s most powerful PTO model. This Stump Blaster has the ability to grind a 24" stump in a few minutes with a cutting depth of 25" above ground and 14" below ground. With direct drive from the engine, all the way through the heavy duty gear box to the teeth, a stump grinder on the PTO of a tractor is the most efficient way to use a stump grinder for lawn care or fence row clearing.
STUMP GRINDER REQUIRES TWO REMOTES OR ADD S1050 OPTION
The 3P34 PTO stump grinder is designed for tractors equipped with a 50–80 horse power motor allowing you to grind into stumps with a 34" Rotor carrying 54 replaceable carbide teeth. The rugged gear box takes up to 80 HP and develops 803 ft/lbs of stump destroying torque. Designed for Cat 2 3PH and 540 PTO this versatile stump grinder has a cutting depth of 25" above ground and 14" below ground. With direct drive from the engine, all the way through the heavy duty gear box to the teeth, a stump grinder on the PTO of a tractor is the most efficient way to use a stump grinder for lawn care or fence row clearing.
STUMP GRINDER REQUIRES TWO REMOTES OR ADD S1050 OPTION
The 3P24 PTO stump grinder is designed for tractors equipped with a 30–50 horse power motor allowing you to grind into stumps with a 24" rotor carrying 34 replaceable carbide teeth. The cutting and lifting cylinders are powered by your tractor’s hydraulic remotes. Two remote hydraulics are required, if you only have one set then we offer a S1050 valve kit to ship with the stump grinder. The heavy duty base provides a solid base for grinding, reducing stress on the tractor. The flow control lets you set the optimal grinding sweep speed for the best efficiency. This versatile PTO Stump Grinder has a cutting depth of 18" above ground and 8" below ground. With direct drive from the engine, all the way through the heavy duty gear box to the teeth, a stump grinder on the PTO of a tractor is the most efficient way to use a stump grinder for lawn care or fence row clearing.

GEARBOX
The rugged Stump Blaster gear box transfers power from the tractor’s PTO to the rotor creating 803 Ft.-Lbs of torque turning the rotor and hungry teeth at 810 RPM.
ROTOR
The massive ¾" thick steel rotor provides the back bone for the Stump Blaster cutting system. It’s the anchor for the carbide tipped teeth. For smooth operation it’s important that the rotor remains solid, with no flexing. The rugged rotor also provides the Stump Blaster with the extra momentum needed when the grinding is tough, making sure the Stump Blaster can power through the hardest stumps.
MORE CLEARANCE
The Stump Blaster’s carbide teeth extend a full 1-¼ inches from the rotor. This prevents chips and mulch from getting plugged. More chip clearing produces smoother operation and reduces heat build-up that can damage the rotor and cause premature tooth failure.
STABILIZER BASE
The heavy duty base provides a solid base for grinding. This allows for more consistent grinding performance and reduces the stress on your tractor.
FLOATING DEFLECTOR
The deflector floats as you grind providing chip and debris control from first cut to maximum depth without getting in the way. In tight grinding situations the deflector can be flipped up out of the way.
HARDENED STEEL BUSHING
Spring Bushings made from high grade chrome-vanadium AISI 6150 spring steel on all main pivot points.
GREASEABLE PINS
Our grease pins are zinc plated to prevent corrosion which will allow for smoother operation of the units joints over their lifetime.
SWING & LIFT CYLINDERS
Get right to grinding with less maneuvering of your tractor and less damage to the grass. The swing cylinder gives the operator a 65 degree grinding range without moving the tractor. The lift cylinder allows you to raise and lower the grinding head to get in start position as well as lowering the head after a pass so you’re ready for the next bite.
