Additional features include air vents for improved performance, twig breaker paddles to prevent clogging, a hinged feed chute for compact storage and transportation, and an adjustable exit chute for directing wood chips. The chipper comes with a PTO shaft and can handle 7-inch diameter timber.

Designed for use with tractors ranging from 30 to 75 horsepower, the BX Chipper operates with a Group 5 shear pin PTO drive type.
