• Pavilion HD Metal Buildings utilize ClearSpan's beam construction, allowing them to maintain structural strength and integrity at nearly any size.
• Buildings feature open end walls and sidewalls to provide maximum ventilation.
• Framing and purlins are constructed from grade 55 steel.
• Roof is constructed from painted 26 gauge R-Loc™.
• Rated for up to 115 mph winds and up to 30 psf ground snow load.
• Roof pitch is 1:12.
• 14' or 18' exterior eave heights are available.
• Offered in the customer's choice of two colors: Charcoal (G) or Light Stone (T).
• Buildings and colors can be customized upon request.
• These structures are designed to last decades and are backed by a 50 year warranty on the frame and a 40 year limited paint warranty.
