With real-time Bluetooth® and ANT+ connectivity, HRM-Pro Plus transmits accurate heart rate and performance metrics to Garmin smartwatches, fitness equipment, and compatible apps like Tacx® Training. For indoor runners, it provides pace and distance data without needing GPS.
Even when out of range, HRM-Pro Plus stores data during swims or other workouts and automatically syncs with your Garmin smartwatch once connected. It also captures steps, calories burned, and intensity minutes—even if you're not wearing a watch—and syncs with Garmin Connect™ and TrueUp™ for multi-device tracking.
