The G5010 features a rotating wrapping arm and a stationary wrapping table, a system that reliably prevents bales from falling off, eliminating the risk associated with centrifugal forces. The integration of four bale conveyor belts and four rotating bale guide rollers guarantees the bale's continuous forward movement, ensuring a consistent and uniform overlap of the wrapping film. For gentle unloading, the wrapping table can be lowered completely to the ground.

Control is made intuitive with the user-friendly STANDARD program control, featuring wireless operation and an electronic joystick. The "bale pick-up" is manually controlled via the joystick, while the "wrapping process" and "film-holding and cutting" cycles initiate automatically. Bale deposit is conveniently activated at the push of a button.

The wrapping arm is equipped with a film stretching unit designed to accommodate 750 mm rolls of film. Three patented plastic rollers ensure perfectly uniform stretching, and their temperature insensitivity contributes to film savings and guarantees tightly and air-tightly wrapped bales. The stretching units are also height-adjustable to ensure optimal wrapping around the bale's center. The quick-release system allows for swift and effortless replacement of empty film rolls.

For consistent and clean operation, the automatic film cutting and holding system features a stainless steel knife that guarantees a precise cut every time. Simultaneously, the film is securely held in place by the cutter lever. The standard float position ensures smooth film unwinding right from the start of the wrapping process.

The G5010's design prioritizes stability. Its mounting position on top of an offset axle shifts the working position to the right, providing excellent weight distribution, particularly during bale pick-up. This feature also allows the wrapper to be pulled effectively by smaller tractors and ensures excellent stability on slopes.

For ease of maintenance and service, levers are strategically placed to allow direct control of all functions and processes at the machine. Additionally, the film storage unit allows you to carry up to six rolls of film directly on the drawbar, facilitating easy loading and unloading at a comfortable working height. The hydraulically adjustable pivoting drawbar further enhances the machine's agility, enabling bale pick-up from the front in the baler's direction of travel and bale deposit towards the rear. Its lower linkage link contributes to a minimum turn radius, a significant advantage in tight field conditions.

The hydraulic loading arm with a ball-mounted reception tube gently and reliably sweeps up the bale and places it smoothly onto the slightly forward-tilted wrapping table. Adjustable to five different positions, the loading arm can be perfectly adapted to various bale diameters, ensuring secure pick-up even in challenging terrain. This feature also proves convenient for transporting two bales simultaneously.
