Installation Instructions: This unit mounts through the inside flange of the aluminum frame, providing an extremely low-profile flush look. Ensure at least 1/2" of panel thickness for proper installation. If the wall thickness is insufficient, build up strips around the inside of the cutout will be necessary.

Inside Mounting with 1/2" of Fiberglass:

1. Carefully measure and cut your hole cutout.
2. Evaluate wall thickness to confirm 1/2" of material to screw into.
3. Place the box into your cutout.
4. Drill pilot holes through the pre-drilled holes on the inside flange of your tackle box.
5. Fasten #6 x 1 1/4" screws into your pilot holes until the box is secure.

Inside Mounting without 1/2" of Fiberglass:

1. Carefully measure and cut your hole cutout.
2. Screw mounting strips around the inside opening to build up your available wall thickness.
3. Place the box into your cutout.
4. Drill pilot holes through the pre-drilled holes on the inside flange of your tackle box.
5. Fasten #6 x 1 1/4" screws into your pilot holes until the box is secure.
