DESCRIPTION
The Teagle XT Series Poly Hopper Spreaders—available in XT24 and XT48 models with or without the Band Spreading Kit—are designed to bring precision and efficiency to a variety of agricultural tasks. These spreaders are built for both open-field broadcast spreading and specialized band spreading applications in confined areas like orchards and vineyards. The XT24 and XT48 models feature a durable LDPE hopper, a stainless steel spreading mechanism, and a quadruple overlap pattern that ensures even, reliable coverage across different terrains.
Each model in the XT Series includes a powder-coated frame for corrosion resistance and a user-friendly hydraulic shutter control for smooth operation. The XT24B and XT48B models are equipped with an advanced Band Spreading Kit, which is ideal for precise application in row crops. The flexible and easily removable LDPE hopper ensures convenient cleaning, and the adjustable rate control allows operators to optimize application rates for any task.

HEADLAND TILT MECHANISM
A rope operated tilt mechanism is fitted as standard to incline the machine for spreading of the headland bout. When the machine is tilted the spread pattern is concentrated on the boundary side, giving an even spread over the whole field. A hydraulically operated tilt mechanism is available as an optional extra on the XT48.
PLASTIC HAPPER XT24/28
The flexible plastic hopper is easily removed from the machine without the use of tools. The plastic contains an ultraviolet inhibitor to provide a long service life.
STAINLESS STEEL SPREADING SYSTEM
stainless steel is used extensively in the shutter and rotor to reduce corrosion.
SIMPLE RATE ADJUSTMENT
In both the Xt24 and Xt28 mode4ls a single screw adjuster is used to set the rate.
POWDER COATED FRAME
The frame is shot blasted and powder coated to provide the best protection against corrision.
SYAINLESS STEEL SIEVE
All models in the XT range are now fitted with low level stainless steel sieve as standard.
