The S40 stump grinder is supplied with a bent axis piston motor which is the best option in the industry for both efficiency and longevity. By matching a motor to your skid steers hydraulic flow these high efficiency motors make the most hydraulic power transforming it into the highest available stump grinding performance. Stocked with 12 High speed teeth the massive 1.25” thick steel rotor provides the back bone for the Skidsteer mounted stump grinder. The teeth can also be rotated up to 3 times to provide a renewed cutting surface even in the field and the concave shaped carbide tip of our High-Speed Teeth provides aggressive cutting action.

With a cutting depth per pass of 2 inches, the S40 is designed for efficient and fast grinding by cutting both ways and a fast-swing cylinder speed. This allows for reduced grinding time because with the high swing speed you can quickly chew up those roots that run out from large stumps. This makes the S40 stump grinder for skidsteer a powerful choice for operators looking to maximize productivity. The extra-large Blast shield is designed with dual rows of chain curtains to contain and control chips during grinding. The Blast shield is hinged to give the best protection and chip control throughout the grinding process. This hinge also allows the shield to be raised to get into tight areas and for easy access to the rotor and teeth.
A S40 stump grinder with a motor of S770 having a PSI of 2500 can cut a stump of 24 inches in 8 mins at 40 GPM, whereas the same motor parameter with 3000 psi can cut a stump of 24 inches in 6.5 mins at 40 GPM at 3500 psi the same motor will grind a 24” stump in 4.5 mins and with 4000 psi as some skidsteers offer, the cutting time will be even quicker.

MOUNT A SKIDSTEER ATTACHMENT	If you want front-mount visibility and easy operation but your tractor lacks hydraulic flow, the P40 PTO Power Pack is a smart solution. Delivering up to 40 GPM at 4000 PSI, the P40 provides high-flow hydraulic power through your PTO. It features a built-in cooling radiator, a 160L (40-gallon) oil capacity to keep attachments running cool, and weighs 1700 lbs (with oil) for added front-end ballast. A case drain connection is also included, allowing compatibility with even more attachments.
TWO CUTS PER PASS	As the rotating rotor mass throws the slasher blades at small diameter trees, the blade slices small sections away as the Rotary brush cutter advances forward. The curved cutting tips of the slasher blades give the Rotary brush cutter two cuts per pass of each blade.
BLADE MOUNTED ON HEAVY DUTY BEARING SUPPORT	The CF772 Rotary Brush Cutter's blade is mounted on an overhung load adapter, which is designed with tapered roller bearings and built to stand up to the rigors of sawing limbs and trees.
EASY ACCESS PANELS FOR SERVICE	Built for the long haul, CF772 has removable panel for easier access and servicing.
HOSE ARMOUR	Standard on all Rotary brush cutter models is Hose Armour. This is a tough wrap which coils around the hoses and protects them from the harsh environment of brush cutting.
SLASHER BLADES	Crafted from 1/2" AR 400 steel, the unique profile of the slasher blades provides increased cutting surface.
FREE BLADE SET	All CF772 Rotary brush cutter come with a free set of replacement blades on a new purchase.
SERRATED TEETH ROTOR	CF772 uses 3/4" heavy duty circular rotor designed with unique serrated edges.
SUPPLIED WITH BENT AXIS PISTON MOTOR	Our industry leading bent axis piston motors make the most efficient use of your hydraulic flow and pressure.
CASE DRAIN – VENT TO ATMOSPHERE	To prevent pressure relief activation on the motor seal, the rotary brush cutter CF772 comes with a case drain line and a vent to atmosphere relief valve.
STEP GRIP IN FRAME	The powder coated frame has multiple anti-slip pads and laser cut steps, giving the operator a secure footing for easy entry and exit from the cab.
POWDER COATED FINISH	Heavy-duty construction and a durable powder-coated finish.
OPEN FRONT WITH PUSH BAR	The open front with push bar provides extra control against thick brush and the felling of trees.
ANTI-SLIP STRIP	Extra traction from anti-slip strips provides improved safety as well as ease of entry and exit from the cab.
