Description
Reversible Blades
(12) Hardox® 500 flat blades, non-updraft.
Premium Hydraulic Motor
We paired the top-of-the-line Eaton® Geroler-style hydraulic motor with the most dependable right-angle Omni® gearbox to achieve maximum torque and ideal blade tip speed. This easy-to-maintain and tried-and-true pairing will survive the years of abuse it will see in the field.
Massive Bearing Housing
We pair our direct-drive radial piston motor with a robust Eskridge® bearing housing that has a 3.75” shaft diameter and patented shaft retention system.
Motor Protection
Pressure Relief Valves: Added pressure relief valves safeguard your motor from pressure spikes and allow for a faster shutdown.
Case Drain is included to relieve excess pressure build-up and protect the motor.
Gearbox Seal Protection
A welded seal guard collar prevents wire, twine, and vegetation from wrapping around and damaging the gearbox.
Ultra-Rugged Deck Frame
Here’s why our brush cutters last for life. We build each deck frame from a single piece of formed 0.313" thick heavy-duty steel, never pieced together. This means our frames are consistently better made and more durable, with the elimination of construction errors and frame failure. One-piece frames will always provide superior strength.
Seam Welding
Unlike our competitors, Brush Wolf’s deck and frame construction is fully boxed and continuously welded across each seam for an indestructible, rust-proof support structure.
Reinforced Gussets
We went above and beyond to make sure our cutters are crazy strong by adding boxed-in gusset reinforcements, extra bracing, and supports.
Powder-Coated Tough
Protected with the most durable finishing process, we powder coat every part to minimize rust, resist scratches, and prevent fading, so you get more life out of your brush cutter.
Blade Access Cover
Easy access to the blade bolts for quick blade replacement.
Plug + Play Ready
Everything is ready to go upon delivery with the included quick-connect couplers, 90” hydraulic hoses encased in protective wrap, and dust caps to prevent line contamination.
Chain Curtain
Chains hanging from the rear of the cutter prevent debris from being discharged.
Hood
12-gauge steel motor guard protects from damaging impacts. Hinged for easy motor access.
Pilot Guard
We took safety to the next level by welding a reinforced plate “pilot guard” to the underside of the cutter deck to protect you from flying objects.

I've started using the mulcher I on several parcels of land 10 acres . I have grind down a couple of 14 inch stumps. Caution the mount bracket behind the mulcher motor exhaust gets extremely hot even with gloves on . But the unit so far seems to works very good it's well put together.
The Firminator G3 is s heavy duty quality machine. The discs worked extremely well and planting and culti-packing is very smooth and easy. Working with Dillon at Ripping It Outdoors was a very good experience and seamless transaction.
After spending way to much money for forest mulching services I discovered this wonderful machine. It's not a giant powerhouse forest mulcher, but it does everything a property owner needs to maintain a forested property. I wish I would have found it sooner.
The Firminator is well built and functions well. I am having some trouble while planting mixed size seeds. Next time out I’ll try setting it so only the smaller seeds drop out the open it up for the larger seeds.
easy buying process and great communication. Mulcher works great, easily clears overgrown brush and even mulched a 5" thick mulberry tree fairly easily. running it off of my old 331 bobcat with no problem powering the drum at all. Only small issue which isn't a big deal is that the supplied hoses are about 16" too short to operate a full range of motion.
Over all built well. I like it is all cast iron and metal and not plastic. Had to modify fertilizer disc mount to fit correctly, nothing major, a little grinding. I modified the center link hitch point to accommodate my John Deere quick hitch. Have yet to plant with it but I’m sure it will work perfect. Love the grease fittings everywhere. Reminds me of the old farm equipment I grew up on, and still use periodically.
My firminator RT was delivered in good condition in ND. I will be using it next week. I have a 45 HP John Deere tractor that is supposed to lift 2000 lb but really struggles to lift this 6 foot firminator RT. I will just have to use in as a two pass operation for now.
I do wish there was a better operating manual for this unit. Maybe that is something you can work on.
I will give you an update once I start using it in a few days.
Great piece of equipment. Performs far better than I expected. One piece of advice - if property is significantly overgrown, consider the tractor attachment first to bring down the over growth and then switch to the UTV attachment to maintain property. No complaints worked perfectly.
Hi, my name is Ken. I’ve had a great experience with Ripping It Outdoors. I purchased a Forax Hp40 Mulcher for my mini excavator. Kayla Patterson is who I dealt with from the beginning until I received it at my house. She has been wonderful to work with and looking forward to working with her with any other orders I purchase. Kayla answered any questions I had and kept me updated throughout the whole process, can’t say it enough just a wonderful person to work with!!
These are great feeders if you don’t have any feral hogs but if the hogs tear off the wiring harness from the timer to the feeder motor, you’re disabled. Then, if you ask for help from Outback, they refer you to the dealer but really you’re on your own for parts and repairs.
I have three Outback feeders that work as designed. They’re 13 years old and have always served well but this feeder misses the mark by a very high margin. I’d NEVER buy this product again.
Feeders need to be dependable and this unit is not.
This is my first experience with Ripping It Outdoors. Fortunately I got Dillion as a representative and everything from sales to shipping was spot on..
Thanks Dillion for your help!!
The only thing is when hooking up the actuator on my ATV. The wire is long going to the plug in. What has happened in the past about this. Is their video showing the usage of the control?
I had a guy from a shop come cut the shafts and hook me up. It went well. I've been using the mulcher and the tractor saw on my two tractors and having fun.
i love it, i'm a little inexperianced with it but i'll learn, i've never messed with chemicals much.
instead of putting it on an atv, i put it on a skid steer
