DESCRIPTION

The Bush-Whacker ST-120 Flex-Wing Brush Cutter is one of the most rugged and efficient mowers available today. Known for its smooth-top design, 4-inch cutting capacity, and robust 250 HP gearbox, this brush cutter is perfect for agricultural, commercial, and heavy-duty applications. Engineered for reliability, it offers unmatched performance in tackling tough brush and rough terrains.

Key Features

• Powerful Gearboxes: Two spindle gearboxes (250 HP, 540 RPM or 1,000 RPM, 1:1.6 ratio). Divider gearbox (275 HP, base mounted). Built with malleable housings, forged alloy steel gears, carburized shafts, tapered and ball bearings for durability.
• Robust Drive Shafts: Shielded PTOs made from premium propeller shaft materials with needle bearing universal joints. Includes Series 8 Category 6 main shaft and Category 4 intermediate and wing drive shafts.
• Heavy-Duty Slip Clutch: Two clutches with spring-type adjustments and four friction discs.
• Durable Blades: 1/2" x 4" alloy spring steel blades with airlift design and 8-inch blade overlap for better cutting. Free-swinging feature protects against obstructions. Blade tip speed: 16,768 FPM.
• Hydraulic Adjustments: Hydraulic lift cylinders for raising and lowering flexible wings (manual wing lift option available). Wings can be raised to 88° above horizontal or lowered to 22° below cutting plane.
• Sturdy Deck Construction: Primary deck: 7-gauge steel welded to heavy-duty channel structures. Smooth, 12-gauge top deck protects internal support frame. Combined deck thickness: 0.2921".
• Heavy-Duty Tires: Standard solid rubber tires with independent shock-absorbing axles. Optional: 25" treaded laminate, used aircraft, or foam-filled aircraft tires for enhanced versatility.
• Replaceable skid shoes for prolonged durability.
• Transport locking bars for wings and heavy-duty tongue assembly with dual leveling rods.
• Hydraulic hose holder and parking jack for ease of use.
• Standard chains with optional double-row chain guards.
