DESCRIPTION

Hopper bottom trailers, such as this 42' Demco model, are a critical component in agricultural transport across the United States. Built to streamline grain hauling, the Demco Hopper Bottom Trailer combines a durable open-top design with a reliable roll tarp to securely transport grains and similar materials. Unlike standard trailers, hopper bottoms feature two bottom hoppers, each with crank-operated sliding plates for effortless unloading, enabling efficient operations with minimal labor.

Designed to connect seamlessly with harvest equipment, this hopper trailer is an integral part of moving grain from field to storage. The 66" side walls, 3” x 6” tubular steel frame, and 14-gauge hopper and wall skins provide strength, while the 35-degree floor slope facilitates quick discharge. With advanced features like a rubber-mounted LED lighting system, Shur-Co roll tarp, and color-coded brake lines, the Demco Hopper Bottom Trailer is designed to meet the demands of high-volume agricultural logistics.
