The innovative design utilizes a single Kenco actuator system, allowing for secure gripping and easy placement of the barriers. The lifter is positioned over the joint where the two walls meet, and the scissor action securely grips them as they are lifted. Once the barriers are placed, the tension is relieved, and the tongs remain in the locked open position until ready to lift the next set.
