DESCRIPTION

The Farm King 4480XD Square Bale Carrier has been refined through years of on-farm testing, offering simplified operation and an intuitive display. It improves capacity by picking 9 4'x4', 18 3'x4', and 24 3'x3' bales per load. With full customization options and a quarter turn feature, it can be tailored to suit your operation’s needs.

Key Features

  • Structure:

    • Heavy-duty undercarriage and 4" x 8" beams for heavy loads.

    • Eight bolt heavy-duty wheels with tandem walking beam axles for stability.

  • Unloading:

    • Innovative design for quick unloading; tilt rear deck to unload bales and return to neutral position.

    • Bales are pushed to the back and the process is repeated.

  • Stacking:

    • Tight rows to prevent prolonged exposure to surface moisture.

    • Strings are not touching the ground.

  • Reduced Stress:

    • Graphite coating on beams for minimal effort when sliding bales.

  • Bale Pusher:

    • Two hydraulic motors move bales rearward.

    • Automatically shifts to 'low' power if resistance is sensed for five seconds.

    • Sensor alerts operator if a bale won't move, counting revolutions for efficient measurement.

  • Chain:

    • Recessed chain beneath beams to minimize bale stress and string breakage.

  • Hydraulics:

    • Automatically adjusts hydraulic configuration based on the tractor's system.

    • Compatible with open-center, closed-center, or load-sensing closed-center hydraulic systems.

  • Carrier Arm:
