The Astro Max NDAA/Blue enables operators to capture both high-definition RGB and radiometric thermal imagery for comprehensive scene awareness. The Sony ILX-LR1 camera provides 61-megapixel clarity for documentation and mapping, while the thermal module detects heat signatures through smoke, fog, and low-light environments. Designed for operational confidence, the aircraft features IP-rated durability, high-efficiency 2270 propellers, and RTK readiness for centimeter-level positioning accuracy. Its open-interface design supports flexible payload integration and secure, compliant performance for public-safety use.
This bundle is configured for extended deployments and reliable field operation. Six SL8-Air batteries and four SL8 Fast Chargers enable continuous sorties, while the SL8 Travel Case organizes power gear for quick turnaround. The Pilot Pro Controller with pre-installed Samsung Active Tab 3 and the Doodle Labs 2.4 GHz Blue radio deliver stable, encrypted communication links. Standard Remote ID comes pre-configured for FAA compliance, and authorized users may request an override through Freefly Support when exempt.
