The HERD Model 2440 Broadcast Seeder & Spreader is the ideal choice for professionals looking to cover extensive acreage with minimal stops. With its 32-bushel (2440 lb) hopper capacity, this seeder/spreader is designed for heavy-duty applications, consistently spreading seed, fertilizer, or lime. Its hydraulic control system allows for seamless operation from the tractor seat, ensuring convenience and control.
Constructed from durable 14-gauge steel with powder-coated paint and welded seams, the 2440 model is built to last. The round hopper base prevents material from lodging, while the rotating agitator ensures an even feed. This model includes an independent stand, aluminum base plate, and steel fan blades for added durability. Optional lime agitator, hydraulic drive, and banding kits expand its versatility for vineyards, nurseries, and specialized applications.

I've started using the mulcher I on several parcels of land 10 acres . I have grind down a couple of 14 inch stumps. Caution the mount bracket behind the mulcher motor exhaust gets extremely hot even with gloves on . But the unit so far seems to works very good it's well put together.

The Firminator G3 is s heavy duty quality machine. The discs worked extremely well and planting and culti-packing is very smooth and easy. Working with Dillon at Ripping It Outdoors was a very good experience and seamless transaction.
Product was fairly priced and they delivered it quickly.
Pulls 100% better no sway and puts tongue weight over the axle

Great machine. Working with Dillon was awesome. Even made me a custom mount for my Polaris.
Just got my Buffalo Turbine! Love it. Took a little bit to get used to getting the right angle for the nozzle, but not a problem. Side note, works much better if the frame is level as much as possible. Love it! Gary Haddock
Seems to be in order delivery wasn't able to use lift gate but tractor was able to take pallet off the truck bed. No damage to machine after visual check. won't know how it runs until rain stops. Staff at RippingitOutdoors was very quick to call and double check the type of backet needed for the unit to ensure the online order matched( to fit my skid steer quick attachment on my l2501 Kubota). Explained the teeth & belt could be ordered through them directly over the phone when/if needed as well as selling other types of custom made brackets for Utv's ect. All around Great customer service and would purchase from again.

The machine is a Land Shark! Gobbled up brush and small trees and turned them into mulch in no time!

After spending way to much money for forest mulching services I discovered this wonderful machine. It's not a giant powerhouse forest mulcher, but it does everything a property owner needs to maintain a forested property. I wish I would have found it sooner.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but it has proven to be a strong, durable, and terribly useful tool for clearing what I needed to clear. Thank you!
Works great and its easy to use.

Love it . Now I am going to have to get a new tractor and a Lane Shark.

The Firminator is well built and functions well. I am having some trouble while planting mixed size seeds. Next time out I’ll try setting it so only the smaller seeds drop out the open it up for the larger seeds.
easy buying process and great communication. Mulcher works great, easily clears overgrown brush and even mulched a 5" thick mulberry tree fairly easily. running it off of my old 331 bobcat with no problem powering the drum at all. Only small issue which isn't a big deal is that the supplied hoses are about 16" too short to operate a full range of motion.
The Firmanator works great very well built .I am very happy I made this purchase.
This trap seems to be kinda hard to set off.
Works excellent and is very well made.
Over all built well. I like it is all cast iron and metal and not plastic. Had to modify fertilizer disc mount to fit correctly, nothing major, a little grinding. I modified the center link hitch point to accommodate my John Deere quick hitch. Have yet to plant with it but I’m sure it will work perfect. Love the grease fittings everywhere. Reminds me of the old farm equipment I grew up on, and still use periodically.
My firminator RT was delivered in good condition in ND. I will be using it next week. I have a 45 HP John Deere tractor that is supposed to lift 2000 lb but really struggles to lift this 6 foot firminator RT. I will just have to use in as a two pass operation for now. I do wish there was a better operating manual for this unit. Maybe that is something you can work on. I will give you an update once I start using it in a few days.
Great piece of equipment. Performs far better than I expected. One piece of advice - if property is significantly overgrown, consider the tractor attachment first to bring down the over growth and then switch to the UTV attachment to maintain property. No complaints worked perfectly.
Ordered a 36” clean out bucket for my mini excavator. Love it, welds are great. Works as it should.
Showed up on time and I will be using it to put in 15 acres of food plots in this weekend!
Great experience. Easy transaction and fast shipping. The blade is built well and heavy duty.
good experience

Put this on Kubota 900 with winch hookup. This thing is a beast (within reason). I named it ‘Homie”, cause Homie don’t play. It will take care of stuff up to about 2” in diameter. You still have to remember that this is NOT like the ones on a bobcat or larger machinery. It does have its limits. But all in all I am very satisfied with it. Now on to the good part! The staff at Ripping It are outstanding! Especially Kayla in the office. She has gone above and beyond on making sure everything went right, from ordering to questions about installation. This young lady would be of great value at ANY company ! Her knowledge and personality are like over the top. This is my first experience with Ripping It Outdoors and I can only say positive things about them. With all that being said, I do fill out reviews on things I buy, AND I give a honest review. If it’s bad then you will know it. But if it’s good, well I tell the truth ! Again Kayla, from the bottom of my heart, a great big THANK YOU for all your help and just talking to you. I feel like we’ve know each other for years!
First Class communication and perfect delivery with great communication and fast. The equipment was excellent
TENT is easy to put up , material is tuff as told....only complaint is that i wish the bottom had about 3 to 4 inches overlap towards the inside so i could install a 2 x4 or something to help hold the tent down in high winds we have here in virginia thanks
Great product. Works very well in our arena and round pen.
Love it Well worth the money. Dillon did a great job well pleased

Hi, my name is Ken. I’ve had a great experience with Ripping It Outdoors. I purchased a Forax Hp40 Mulcher for my mini excavator. Kayla Patterson is who I dealt with from the beginning until I received it at my house. She has been wonderful to work with and looking forward to working with her with any other orders I purchase. Kayla answered any questions I had and kept me updated throughout the whole process, can’t say it enough just a wonderful person to work with!!

These are great feeders if you don’t have any feral hogs but if the hogs tear off the wiring harness from the timer to the feeder motor, you’re disabled. Then, if you ask for help from Outback, they refer you to the dealer but really you’re on your own for parts and repairs. I have three Outback feeders that work as designed. They’re 13 years old and have always served well but this feeder misses the mark by a very high margin. I’d NEVER buy this product again. Feeders need to be dependable and this unit is not.
Heavy duty , solid construction, exactly what I wanted and expected. Thank you
