DESCRIPTION
The HOBO® U30 Weather Station Starter Kit is a robust and versatile weather monitoring solution designed for environmental research, agricultural studies, and more. The kit includes the rugged U30 NRC data logger, capable of supporting up to 10 plug-and-play Smart Sensors, making it ideal for diverse monitoring needs.
This starter kit comes with three essential Smart Sensors: temperature/relative humidity, wind speed, and wind direction. These sensors are automatically recognized by the system upon connection, eliminating the need for additional programming, wiring, or calibration.
To ensure reliable performance, the kit also includes a 5-watt solar panel for power, a full crossarm for the wind speed/direction sensors, and a solar radiation shield for the temperature/relative humidity sensor. With the optional HOBOware® Pro software, users can analyze and plot data for advanced insights.
