DESCRIPTION
The Seppi BMS-F 125CC Forestry Mulcher is a rugged, high-performance mulching head designed specifically for excavators from 9 to 20 tons. Whether you're working on roadside clearing, railway vegetation management, or post-harvest forest maintenance, the BMS-F delivers professional-grade mulching in even the most demanding environments.
With its 49-inch working width, aggressive fixed hammer rotor, and M-BOOST automatic variable displacement motor, this attachment tackles brush and wood up to 8 inches in diameter even in vertical or awkward positions.
Crafted from AR400 wear-resistant steel, with a low-profile body and universal mount, it’s built for strength, flexibility, and unmatched performance. Optional rotor systems like CUT CONTROL with MINI BLADE tools deliver precision cuts and fine mulch for smoother, more refined land clearing results.
Whether you're a forestry contractor, municipality, utility company, or land management professional, the Seppi BMS-F is engineered to take on the toughest terrain so you don’t have to.
Key Features
Compatible with 9 To 20 ton excavators, making it ideal for a wide range of medium to large-scale excavation and land-clearing projects.
49-inch working width provides a balanced combination of coverage and maneuverability, perfect for narrow or difficult-to-access terrain.
Powerful M-BOOST hydraulic motor with variable displacement (60–80 cm³) delivers up to 40% more torque, improving mulching performance under heavy load.
Handles and mulches brush, saplings, and timber up to 8 inches in diameter, reducing the need for multiple passes or secondary clearing equipment.
Designed for use in harsh and vertical positions, thanks to its exposed, aggressive rotor with heavy-duty fixed hammers that handle lateral stress effectively.
Built with a low-profile AR400 steel chassis, offering superior durability and resistance to wear, even in rock-laden or debris-heavy environments.
Universal mounting interface allows for easy integration with various excavator brands and custom attachments, enhancing equipment flexibility.
Features three rows of internal counter cutters, providing a finer mulch and cleaner finish for roadside, utility, and slope maintenance.
Safety-focused design includes front and rear chain curtains and reinforced skids, protecting both the machine and surrounding environment during operation.
Compatible with hydraulic systems operating between 26–50 GPM and 3,000–5,076 PSI, ensuring optimal function across various excavator models.
Optional CUT CONTROL rotor system with sharpenable MINI BLADE tools allows for finer mulch and controlled cutting depth in sensitive areas.
Ideal for railroad vegetation control, forestry post-harvest cleanup, ditch and slope mulching, and roadside clearing.
5-belt heavy-duty transmission ensures consistent power delivery and durability under prolonged use in professional applications.
Mechanically adjustable hood (upgradeable to hydraulic) provides control over debris direction and cutting force, depending on terrain and application.
Available in RAL3020 Red or RAL7021 Charcoal, with a clean industrial design that matches professional fleet aesthetics and visibility needs.

I've started using the mulcher I on several parcels of land 10 acres . I have grind down a couple of 14 inch stumps. Caution the mount bracket behind the mulcher motor exhaust gets extremely hot even with gloves on . But the unit so far seems to works very good it's well put together.
The Firminator G3 is s heavy duty quality machine. The discs worked extremely well and planting and culti-packing is very smooth and easy. Working with Dillon at Ripping It Outdoors was a very good experience and seamless transaction.
After spending way to much money for forest mulching services I discovered this wonderful machine. It's not a giant powerhouse forest mulcher, but it does everything a property owner needs to maintain a forested property. I wish I would have found it sooner.
The Firminator is well built and functions well. I am having some trouble while planting mixed size seeds. Next time out I’ll try setting it so only the smaller seeds drop out the open it up for the larger seeds.
easy buying process and great communication. Mulcher works great, easily clears overgrown brush and even mulched a 5" thick mulberry tree fairly easily. running it off of my old 331 bobcat with no problem powering the drum at all. Only small issue which isn't a big deal is that the supplied hoses are about 16" too short to operate a full range of motion.
Over all built well. I like it is all cast iron and metal and not plastic. Had to modify fertilizer disc mount to fit correctly, nothing major, a little grinding. I modified the center link hitch point to accommodate my John Deere quick hitch. Have yet to plant with it but I’m sure it will work perfect. Love the grease fittings everywhere. Reminds me of the old farm equipment I grew up on, and still use periodically.
My firminator RT was delivered in good condition in ND. I will be using it next week. I have a 45 HP John Deere tractor that is supposed to lift 2000 lb but really struggles to lift this 6 foot firminator RT. I will just have to use in as a two pass operation for now.
I do wish there was a better operating manual for this unit. Maybe that is something you can work on.
I will give you an update once I start using it in a few days.
Great piece of equipment. Performs far better than I expected. One piece of advice - if property is significantly overgrown, consider the tractor attachment first to bring down the over growth and then switch to the UTV attachment to maintain property. No complaints worked perfectly.
TENT is easy to put up , material is tuff as told....only complaint is that i wish the bottom had about 3 to 4 inches overlap towards the inside so i could install a 2 x4 or something to help hold the tent down in high winds we have here in virginia thanks
Hi, my name is Ken. I’ve had a great experience with Ripping It Outdoors. I purchased a Forax Hp40 Mulcher for my mini excavator. Kayla Patterson is who I dealt with from the beginning until I received it at my house. She has been wonderful to work with and looking forward to working with her with any other orders I purchase. Kayla answered any questions I had and kept me updated throughout the whole process, can’t say it enough just a wonderful person to work with!!
These are great feeders if you don’t have any feral hogs but if the hogs tear off the wiring harness from the timer to the feeder motor, you’re disabled. Then, if you ask for help from Outback, they refer you to the dealer but really you’re on your own for parts and repairs.
I have three Outback feeders that work as designed. They’re 13 years old and have always served well but this feeder misses the mark by a very high margin. I’d NEVER buy this product again.
Feeders need to be dependable and this unit is not.
This is my first experience with Ripping It Outdoors. Fortunately I got Dillion as a representative and everything from sales to shipping was spot on..
Thanks Dillion for your help!!
The only thing is when hooking up the actuator on my ATV. The wire is long going to the plug in. What has happened in the past about this. Is their video showing the usage of the control?
I had a guy from a shop come cut the shafts and hook me up. It went well. I've been using the mulcher and the tractor saw on my two tractors and having fun.
