Key Features
Heavy-Duty Steel Construction Built with standard heavy steel for dependable performance in demanding sheep and goat facilities. The durable construction supports repeated use during lambing, kidding, animal separation, and everyday livestock handling.
Wall-Mount Pen Design Designed to mount against a barn wall for added stability and efficient use of available floor space. The wall-mounted configuration helps create an organized lambing or kidding area while keeping livestock management efficient.
Sydell 102A Compatibility Connects directly with the Sydell 102A Starter Pen for an expandable sheep and goat pen system. Add-on capability makes it easier to customize your barn layout around flock size and seasonal management needs.
Two Size Configurations Available in 72" x 48" x 42" and 72" x 60" x 42" sizes. These practical dimensions provide flexible options for creating lambing jugs, kidding pens, bonding areas, and temporary livestock separation spaces.
18-Inch Safety Zone Features an 18" safety zone designed to help separate newborn lambs and kids from ewes and does. This protected area supports safer newborn management while providing a dry, comfortable bedding space.
Convenient Feed Gate The integrated feed gate lets ewes and does access food and water from outside the pen. This design can reduce unnecessary disturbance inside the lambing or kidding area and improve daily animal management.
Lambing Jug Application Ideal for building dedicated lambing jugs that support maternal bonding and newborn lamb management. The pen system helps producers organize individual ewe spaces during critical lambing periods.
Goat Kidding Pen Designed for goat producers needing practical kidding pens for does and newborn kids. Its expandable design supports organized kidding areas in barns, breeding operations, and livestock facilities.
Expandable Pen System Add-on construction allows the pen to become part of a larger Sydell livestock handling layout. This modular approach provides flexibility for seasonal lambing, kidding, temporary separation, and animal management.
Complete Hardware Package Includes 2-223, 2-220, 2-400, 1-600, 1-620T, and drop pins. The supplied components support connection and assembly with the compatible Sydell starter pen system.
Pails and Brackets Included Each pen set includes pails and brackets to provide practical functionality for lambing and kidding management. The included components help create a ready-to-use livestock pen environment.
Fast Pin Assembly Heavy steel panels are designed for straightforward assembly by pinning components together. This practical setup makes it easier to configure or expand livestock pens when preparing for lambing and kidding season.
Temporary Corral Versatility The 72" panel can also be used to create temporary corrals. This flexibility allows sheep and goat producers to adapt the equipment for changing livestock management requirements.
Multiple Steel Finishes Available in blue paint or galvanized finish. The finish choices allow producers to select a configuration suited to their livestock facility and preferred equipment setup.
Made in the USA Proudly manufactured in the USA by Sydell, a third-generation, veteran-owned, woman-owned family business with more than 45 years of experience producing sheep and goat equipment.

I've started using the mulcher I on several parcels of land 10 acres . I have grind down a couple of 14 inch stumps. Caution the mount bracket behind the mulcher motor exhaust gets extremely hot even with gloves on . But the unit so far seems to works very good it's well put together.
The Firminator G3 is s heavy duty quality machine. The discs worked extremely well and planting and culti-packing is very smooth and easy. Working with Dillon at Ripping It Outdoors was a very good experience and seamless transaction.
After spending way to much money for forest mulching services I discovered this wonderful machine. It's not a giant powerhouse forest mulcher, but it does everything a property owner needs to maintain a forested property. I wish I would have found it sooner.
The Firminator is well built and functions well. I am having some trouble while planting mixed size seeds. Next time out I’ll try setting it so only the smaller seeds drop out the open it up for the larger seeds.
easy buying process and great communication. Mulcher works great, easily clears overgrown brush and even mulched a 5" thick mulberry tree fairly easily. running it off of my old 331 bobcat with no problem powering the drum at all. Only small issue which isn't a big deal is that the supplied hoses are about 16" too short to operate a full range of motion.
Over all built well. I like it is all cast iron and metal and not plastic. Had to modify fertilizer disc mount to fit correctly, nothing major, a little grinding. I modified the center link hitch point to accommodate my John Deere quick hitch. Have yet to plant with it but I’m sure it will work perfect. Love the grease fittings everywhere. Reminds me of the old farm equipment I grew up on, and still use periodically.
My firminator RT was delivered in good condition in ND. I will be using it next week. I have a 45 HP John Deere tractor that is supposed to lift 2000 lb but really struggles to lift this 6 foot firminator RT. I will just have to use in as a two pass operation for now.
I do wish there was a better operating manual for this unit. Maybe that is something you can work on.
I will give you an update once I start using it in a few days.
Great piece of equipment. Performs far better than I expected. One piece of advice - if property is significantly overgrown, consider the tractor attachment first to bring down the over growth and then switch to the UTV attachment to maintain property. No complaints worked perfectly.
These are great feeders if you don’t have any feral hogs but if the hogs tear off the wiring harness from the timer to the feeder motor, you’re disabled. Then, if you ask for help from Outback, they refer you to the dealer but really you’re on your own for parts and repairs.
I have three Outback feeders that work as designed. They’re 13 years old and have always served well but this feeder misses the mark by a very high margin. I’d NEVER buy this product again.
Feeders need to be dependable and this unit is not.
This is my first experience with Ripping It Outdoors. Fortunately I got Dillion as a representative and everything from sales to shipping was spot on..
Thanks Dillion for your help!!
The only thing is when hooking up the actuator on my ATV. The wire is long going to the plug in. What has happened in the past about this. Is their video showing the usage of the control?
I had a guy from a shop come cut the shafts and hook me up. It went well. I've been using the mulcher and the tractor saw on my two tractors and having fun.
i love it, i'm a little inexperianced with it but i'll learn, i've never messed with chemicals much.
instead of putting it on an atv, i put it on a skid steer
We bought a 6' G3 last year and it worked well. We were missing the handle for seed adjuster on 1st one and they next day aired it. Just ordered an 8 ' model to go with it. Dillon is great to work with. Hope this one works out as well.
