MODEL WITHOUT HITCH KIT:

The GroundHog MAX without a hitch kit has two options. It will fit units with existing strong 2" receiver OR it will fit any ATV (year model 2000+) with purchase of strong aftermarket 2" receiver.  *year/make/model specific. *1999 or older DIY or call us.

MODEL WITH HITCH KIT:

The plow with hitch kit comes with everything you need and works with many ATVs/UTVs on the market today. Converts existing 3/4" utility hole or weak 1 1/4" receiver to a strong 2" receiver (primarily Honda & Polaris applications as well as others).

The plow can be bought either (plow only) or (plow with a hitch kit)

OPTION 1:

This Groundhog Max ATV/UTV Disc plow only (NO KIT included in the box). Here are several ways to adapt your existing hitch or utility hole and make it “plug and plow”. See if your machine’s setup is either A, B, or C below.

• A. If your ATV/UTV already has a strong, square, 2-inch receiver…similar to ones on a pick-up truck
• B. If you can buy a year/make/model “specific hitch receiver” for your exact unit (year 2000 and newer). Normally just a bolt-on assembly! There are many links to find these. See page 17 of the manual included in the box.
• C. If you decide to DIY or have a 2” hitch receiver fabricated and installed.

OPTION 2:

This Groundhog Max ATV/UTV Disc plow (hitch Kit included in the box) this kit allows you to convert your existing 3/4" utility hole or weak 1 1/4" receiver over to a strong 2" receiver (primarily Honda & Polaris applications as well as others). Normally just a bolt-on assembly!
Some Customers install a hitch themselves (DIY) or use a fabrication shop to install a 2” strong/square hitch
