Features:

  • Bluetooth inside With Bluetooth built-in, the BMV Smart is ready for the Internet of Things (IoT) era. With Bluetooth being implemented in most other Victron Energy products, wireless communication between products will simplify system installation and enhance performance. 
  • Download the Victron Bluetooth app Use a smartphone or other Bluetooth enabled device to - customize settings, - monitor all important data on single screen, - view historical data, and to - update the software when new features become available. 
  • Easy to install All electrical connections are to the quick connect PCB on the current shunt. The shunt connects to the monitor with a standard RJ12 telephone cable. Included: RJ 12 cable (10 m) and battery cable with fuse (2 m); no other components needed. Also included are a separate front bezel for a square or round display appearance, a securing ring for rear mounting and screws for front mounting. 
  • Midpoint voltage monitoring One bad cell or one bad battery can destroy a large, expensive battery bank. When batteries are connected in series, a timely warning can be generated by measuring the midpoint voltage. Please see the BMV manual, section 5.2, for more information. We recommend our Battery Balancer (BMS012201000) to maximize service life of series-connected lead-acid batteries. 
  • Very low current draw from the battery Current consumption: 0,7Ah per month (1mA) @12V and 0,6Ah per month (0,8mA) @ 24V Especially Li-ion batteries have virtually no capacity left when discharged until low voltage shutdown. After shutdown due to low cell voltage, the capacity reserve of a Li-ion battery is approximately 1Ah per 100Ah battery capacity. The battery will be damaged if the remaining capacity reserve is drawn from the battery. A residual current of 10mA for example may damage a 200Ah battery if the system is left in discharged state during more than 8 days. 
  • Bi-stable alarm relay Prevents increased current draw in case of an alarm. 
  • Other features - Battery voltage, current, power, ampere-hours consumed and state of charge - Remaining time at the current rate of discharge - Programmable visual and audible alarm - Programmable relay, to turn off non critical loads or to run a generator when needed - 500 Amp quick connect shunt and connection kit - Shunt selection capability up to 10.000 Amps - VE.Direct communication port - Stores a wide range of historical events, which can be used to evaluate usage patterns and battery health - Wide input voltage range: 6,5 – 70V - High current measurement resolution: 10 mA (0,01A)

The week before leaving for my mule deer hunt in Wyoming, I seeded the area surrounding the new runway at Wertheimer Airport in Norman. This past Tuesday, I returned to finish the job and was pleased to see that the seed I planted just two weeks earlier was already germinating and coming up nicely. These pictures show the freshly seeded areas alongside those planted two weeks ago. It’s a great comparison and a good example of what proper seedbed preparation and planting can accomplish. I used my Ferminator G-3, which is one impressive piece of equipment. It prepares the seedbed, plants the seed, smooths the soil, and firms everything up for good seed-to-soil contact—all in one efficient operation. I’ve owned and operated several no-till drills over the years, but I can say without hesitation that the Ferminator is the most efficient and versatile seeding machine I’ve ever owned. There’s something pretty satisfying about returning to a job and seeing those first green shoots coming through the ground. That’s when you know your hard work is paying off!

Seems to be in order delivery wasn't able to use lift gate but tractor was able to take pallet off the truck bed. No damage to machine after visual check. won't know how it runs until rain stops. Staff at RippingitOutdoors was very quick to call and double check the type of backet needed for the unit to ensure the online order matched( to fit my skid steer quick attachment on my l2501 Kubota). Explained the teeth & belt could be ordered through them directly over the phone when/if needed as well as selling other types of custom made brackets for Utv's ect. All around Great customer service and would purchase from again.

easy buying process and great communication. Mulcher works great, easily clears overgrown brush and even mulched a 5" thick mulberry tree fairly easily. running it off of my old 331 bobcat with no problem powering the drum at all. Only small issue which isn't a big deal is that the supplied hoses are about 16" too short to operate a full range of motion.

Over all built well. I like it is all cast iron and metal and not plastic. Had to modify fertilizer disc mount to fit correctly, nothing major, a little grinding. I modified the center link hitch point to accommodate my John Deere quick hitch. Have yet to plant with it but I’m sure it will work perfect. Love the grease fittings everywhere. Reminds me of the old farm equipment I grew up on, and still use periodically.

My firminator RT was delivered in good condition in ND. I will be using it next week. I have a 45 HP John Deere tractor that is supposed to lift 2000 lb but really struggles to lift this 6 foot firminator RT. I will just have to use in as a two pass operation for now. I do wish there was a better operating manual for this unit. Maybe that is something you can work on. I will give you an update once I start using it in a few days.

It’s built solid. It handles Field grass hip high pretty well. With the maintaining the field grass after the first cut, the pasture field is starting to look like a lawn. The 84 inch with the best thing to get for 8 acres. It’s best to order belts for back up in the event if the belts were to break. But overall, I like the product quality is good.

When I think of ripping it outdoors something else comes to mind, but I digress. This spreader is awesome. Works like a champ. The hopper is big enough to do my 1 acre lot for my applications.
