Key Features
Compact Battery-Powered Trencher The GeoRipper GREB500-MAK offers a portable electric trenching solution for landscaping, irrigation, and utility installation. Its cordless operating format helps users work across suitable jobsite areas without managing a power cord.
Up to 20-Inch Digging Depth Designed for trenching applications requiring a maximum depth of 20 inches (500 mm), this compact trencher supports underground utility, irrigation, and landscape installation tasks.
Makita 40V MAX XGT Compatibility Built around the Makita 40V MAX XGT battery platform, the GREB500-MAK is intended for users seeking battery-powered trenching equipment within a compatible cordless tool ecosystem.
Cordless Jobsite Mobility Battery-powered operation eliminates the need for a trailing electrical power cord, helping operators move between suitable trenching locations with greater flexibility.
No Direct Exhaust Emissions The electric powertrain produces no direct exhaust emissions during operation, making it useful for suitable residential, landscaped, and other locations where exhaust management matters.
Reduced Operating Noise Potential Electric trenching can help reduce engine noise compared with many gas-powered alternatives, making the machine worth considering for noise-sensitive landscaping and residential projects.
Irrigation Line Installation Suitable for narrow trenching work associated with underground irrigation systems, helping landscapers prepare routes for water lines and related installations.
Landscape Lighting Applications Supports trenching for landscape lighting installations, allowing contractors to prepare narrow underground routes for compatible outdoor electrical systems.
Root Barrier Installation The maximum digging depth of 20 inches makes this model a potential option for suitable root-barrier projects, subject to the required trench dimensions and soil conditions.
Underground Utility Trenching Designed for narrow trenching applications that may include suitable underground utility routes. Always verify local utility locations and required trench dimensions before digging.
Portable Equipment Format The compact battery-powered format can simplify equipment movement between suitable job locations compared with larger, towable trenching machines.
No Gasoline Refueling Required Battery-powered operation removes the need to refuel a gasoline engine during use. Actual operating time depends on battery capacity, soil conditions, and workload.
Professional Landscaping Support An option for landscaping professionals, irrigation installers, and contractors who need a specialized trenching tool for suitable narrow-digging projects.
Convenient Battery Ecosystem Integration Users with compatible Makita 40V MAX XGT equipment may find the platform alignment convenient. Confirm the exact battery model and operating requirements before use.
Specialized 500 mm Trenching Capacity The 500 mm maximum digging depth provides a clear technical reference when evaluating the GREB500-MAK for irrigation, lighting, root-barrier, and other compatible trenching requirements.

I've started using the mulcher I on several parcels of land 10 acres . I have grind down a couple of 14 inch stumps. Caution the mount bracket behind the mulcher motor exhaust gets extremely hot even with gloves on . But the unit so far seems to works very good it's well put together.
The Firminator G3 is s heavy duty quality machine. The discs worked extremely well and planting and culti-packing is very smooth and easy. Working with Dillon at Ripping It Outdoors was a very good experience and seamless transaction.
The week before leaving for my mule deer hunt in Wyoming, I seeded the area surrounding the new runway at Wertheimer Airport in Norman.
This past Tuesday, I returned to finish the job and was pleased to see that the seed I planted just two weeks earlier was already germinating and coming up nicely.
These pictures show the freshly seeded areas alongside those planted two weeks ago. It’s a great comparison and a good example of what proper seedbed preparation and planting can accomplish.
I used my Ferminator G-3, which is one impressive piece of equipment. It prepares the seedbed, plants the seed, smooths the soil, and firms everything up for good seed-to-soil contact—all in one efficient operation.
I’ve owned and operated several no-till drills over the years, but I can say without hesitation that the Ferminator is the most efficient and versatile seeding machine I’ve ever owned.
There’s something pretty satisfying about returning to a job and seeing those first green shoots coming through the ground. That’s when you know your hard work is paying off!
Just got my Buffalo Turbine! Love it. Took a little bit to get used to getting the right angle for the nozzle, but not a problem. Side note, works much better if the frame is level as much as possible.
Love it!

Seems to be in order delivery wasn't able to use lift gate but tractor was able to take pallet off the truck bed. No damage to machine after visual check. won't know how it runs until rain stops.
Staff at RippingitOutdoors was very quick to call and double check the type of backet needed for the unit to ensure the online order matched( to fit my skid steer quick attachment on my l2501 Kubota). Explained the teeth & belt could be ordered through them directly over the phone when/if needed as well as selling other types of custom made brackets for Utv's ect. All around Great customer service and would purchase from again.
After spending way to much money for forest mulching services I discovered this wonderful machine. It's not a giant powerhouse forest mulcher, but it does everything a property owner needs to maintain a forested property. I wish I would have found it sooner.
The Firminator is well built and functions well. I am having some trouble while planting mixed size seeds. Next time out I’ll try setting it so only the smaller seeds drop out the open it up for the larger seeds.
easy buying process and great communication. Mulcher works great, easily clears overgrown brush and even mulched a 5" thick mulberry tree fairly easily. running it off of my old 331 bobcat with no problem powering the drum at all. Only small issue which isn't a big deal is that the supplied hoses are about 16" too short to operate a full range of motion.
Over all built well. I like it is all cast iron and metal and not plastic. Had to modify fertilizer disc mount to fit correctly, nothing major, a little grinding. I modified the center link hitch point to accommodate my John Deere quick hitch. Have yet to plant with it but I’m sure it will work perfect. Love the grease fittings everywhere. Reminds me of the old farm equipment I grew up on, and still use periodically.
My firminator RT was delivered in good condition in ND. I will be using it next week. I have a 45 HP John Deere tractor that is supposed to lift 2000 lb but really struggles to lift this 6 foot firminator RT. I will just have to use in as a two pass operation for now.
I do wish there was a better operating manual for this unit. Maybe that is something you can work on.
I will give you an update once I start using it in a few days.
Great piece of equipment. Performs far better than I expected. One piece of advice - if property is significantly overgrown, consider the tractor attachment first to bring down the over growth and then switch to the UTV attachment to maintain property. No complaints worked perfectly.
Do not buy a Stout Bucket Trail Boss unless you are a willing mechanic who wants to spend $1700 to get it functional. Crooks, ripoff, terrible experience. Do not buy!!
When I think of ripping it outdoors something else comes to mind, but I digress. This spreader is awesome. Works like a champ. The hopper is big enough to do my 1 acre lot for my applications. Just load once and go. I would highly recommend this spreader. It saves a ton of time and is a quality product.
Put this on Kubota 900 with winch hookup. This thing is a beast (within reason). I named it ‘Homie”, cause Homie don’t play. It will take care of stuff up to about 2” in diameter. You still have to remember that this is NOT like the ones on a bobcat or larger machinery. It does have its limits. But all in all I am very satisfied with it. Now on to the good part! The staff at Ripping It are outstanding! Especially Kayla in the office. She has gone above and beyond on making sure everything went right, from ordering to questions about installation. This young lady would be of great value at ANY company ! Her knowledge and personality are like over the top. This is my first experience with Ripping It Outdoors and I can only say positive things about them. With all that being said, I do fill out reviews on things I buy, AND I give a honest review. If it’s bad then you will know it. But if it’s good, well I tell the truth ! Again Kayla, from the bottom of my heart, a great big THANK YOU for all your help and just talking to you. I feel like we’ve know each other for years!
TENT is easy to put up , material is tuff as told....only complaint is that i wish the bottom had about 3 to 4 inches overlap towards the inside so i could install a 2 x4 or something to help hold the tent down in high winds we have here in virginia thanks
